Looking for a New York Dance Club and don’t know which are the best dance clubs in New York for salsa dancing? Hey where all scouring New York City hot spots for a great time with our friends and family. We have some great places and ideas to make it a great time.
I’ll share some of my experiences in the big apple. I usually hit Manhattan but we’ll mention great places in Queens, the Bronx, Brooklyn and other areas in NY. Ok, party hunters, let’s get started.
I live in NJ and only 14 minutes away from the Manhattan dance clubs. I love to make it an adventure when I hit the city. There are so many things and it’s an exhilarating and adventurous world. Besides, they have awesome salsa clubs in NYC.
Plan to have a great time, if you live in NY or visiting. I’ll speak from the point of view of a regular, giving my NY dance club reviews.
Ok, tips from a Jersey boy. Get pumped up, you’re going to the city. Personally, unless I’m meeting someone, I like to go with friends because I like to share my adventure with others. Yeah, I’m being dramatic by calling it an adventure but that’s the way I roll.
Before you go does a little research on the internet for Latin dance clubs in New York City?
• Go to Bing.com and get the scoop
• If you’re taking salsa classes, get the 411 from other students and instructor
• Ask some friends about NY dance clubs
• Check out a meet up group
• Be adventurous and drive to the city
The point is, just get up and go. I would go to all types of clubs but I’m a salsero now so my particular fondness are Latin clubs especially those which cater to salseros.
If you’re driving there than there are things you need to consider.
• Parking, do you pay a garage or try to find street parking. If you park on the street than bring your credit card or a whole bunch of quarters.
• Make sure you have enough gas because it’s a pain looking for a gas station in NYC.
• Don’t forget your ID.
• A GPS system.
• Pack a basket with food and drinks if you need to save money.
• Bring an extra shirt if you’re going to dance all night.
• Gum, deodorant, mouth washes, cologne, perfume and don’t forget the cocoa butter.
• Bring a smile to the big apple and take a bite of out of it.
