I don’t even know how to dance and I like rock music, anyway. Yeah, I heard many reasons why you shouldn’t add salsa workout routines or salsa crunch cardio to your schedule.
I believe this is a wrong thought process. We must be able to open our horizon and be open to new and exciting adventures. I know be open to new possibilities has made my life richer and I want to share some with you.
24 hour fitness locations are excellent for those with hectic schedules. This is excellent; to consider salsa because some dance floors are open till 3 a.m. and later. You can dance all night and get fantastic dance exercise workouts. You know the benefits. Imagine dancing all night with a workout partner.
One of the reasons I made the dance floor my lifetime fitness center is because I know, I will not consistently go to a gym. I tried it before. I got the annual package and went for the first two months and hardly after. It was just too much for me. Coming home from work and driving to the gym and driving back. It may be fine with others but not with me.
Speaking to others, I’m not alone. You pay for it and barely use the gym. Another reason why salsa is great, some places don’t even charge admittance and if you go early, it’s free.
